Anxiety: Life Transitions

You might feel overwhelmed facing family, friends and traveling again or challenged with another life transition, such as a move, new baby, or living with in-laws or roommates. Stress may show up as anger, trouble sleeping, irritability, and constant worries. I can help you identify emotional triggers, build self-awareness and channel your strengths to ultimately manage and cope with life’s many changes.

The end of a relationship can be one of the most challenging experiences no matter how long it lasted. If you’re finding it interferes with your life, it might be helpful to seek support through the process. I can work with you to build strategies to process and release anger, guilt and shame, gain emotional closure to heal, and develop resiliency to explore new healthy relationships as you move through this big change.

Stress: Work or Career Changes

Significant career changes, whether it’s prompted by you, your boss or company, are inevitable -- how you manage it is entirely up to you. I have dedicated a large part of my work partnering with companies to help employees adjust to work challenges. Some have included addressing conflicts with co-workers, navigating difficult relationships with bosses, and increasing motivation. Many have shared incredible benefits from the support therapy has provided and I’m happy to explore ways that it could do the same for you.

Grief: Coping with Loss

Grief is a natural reaction to all loss and is even more devastating when someone close to you or a beloved pet passes away. Grief is more than any one emotion, as it is a process that unfolds. It often goes beyond sadness and can show up as confusion, doubt, anger, guilt, or any other complex emotion. As much as you might want to get through it “quicker”, it takes time. I can work with you to create a compassionate space to explore, heal and shift your outlook to encourage a healthier grieving process.

Parenting Coaching

Parenting can be one of the most rewarding and challenging life experiences. What's often most difficult is when you don’t feel supported by a partner, co-parent or community. I love working with parents, and as a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I specialize in guided and personalized parenting coaching for parents with children as young as toddlers to teens.
