All we have is              the present moment.

You may be feeling down and noticing spiraling thoughts affecting your ability to focus. You may be struggling with a direction in life, filled with "what if's" about what's next, realizing it's time to seek professional help outside your family and friends.

This is the moment to make a change and I will be there every step of the way.

I'm Stephanie Owen and I help individuals just like you wanting to feel more confident, balanced and have a better sense of self. You may be trying all you can on your own but finding it's not enough and need support to get there.

I believe

You deserve to feel at peace and re-powered within.

Navigating any change can be scary. The loneliness often creates a disconnection from ourselves and others. This can also be an opportunity strengthen parts of you that have become dormant.

I can be a support to lean on, help you gain clarity, and equip you with tools to clear your mind and ultimately focus on what's most important: YOU. I am committed to supporting you with authenticity and creating a calm space to show up, release and reconnect

Using mindfulness and your strengths, together we can support you in acknowledging, addressing and accepting the unknown.

Through research-based strategies, I can help you recenter yourself and hold thoughts at a distance to experience them non-judgmentally instead of automatically reacting to them as absolute truth.

I can help you communicate better to live more congruently. Our work can allow you to shift your perspective and limiting beliefs towards a more
